Baltimore Meetup: Operationalizing AI in the Enterprise

A live Meetup on turning AI ambition into operational results that scale

Operationalizing AI in the Enterprise

You're invited to an exclusive first look at a fresh, grounded approach to AI in the enterprise. This isn’t about shiny demos or pilot programs that never scale. It’s about real-world application, where AI meets strategy, operations, and delivery in a way that actually works.

Here’s what we’ll dig into:

  • Why AI efforts stall in large organizations, and what to do about it
  • The missing connection between business agility and enterprise AI
  • A smarter operating model built for AI at scale
  • How AI can empower teams, instead of trying to replace them

And yes: there's a big annoucement you won't want to miss.

Agenda:

6:00 - 6:45 EST: Open Networking

6:45 - 7:30 EST: AI in the Enterprise

7:30 - 8:00 EST: Open Networking
