nVeris: AI Value Stream Modeling to Streamline DoW Business Operations

nVeris continuously models the operation and the ecosystem around it, ranking hidden constraints by predicted mission impact so leaders can align people, funding, and resources around the changes most likely to improve performance.

Tradewinds Solution Marketplace

Awardable Status

Assessed by the marketplace. Open to Government Customers.

nVeris was recognized among a competitive field of applicants to the Tradewinds Solutions Marketplace whose solution videos demonstrated innovation, scalability, and potential impact on DoW missions. All Awardable solution videos have been assessed through complex scoring rubrics and competitive procedures and are available to Government Customers with a TSM account.

About the Tradewinds Solutions Marketplace

The Tradewinds Solutions Marketplace (TSM) is the premier offering of Tradewinds, the Department of War's (DoW's) suite of tools and services designed to accelerate the procurement and adoption of AI/ML, digital, and data analytics capabilities. Tradewinds is housed in the DoW's Chief Digital Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO). Government Customers can create an account at www.tradewindai.com.

The Solution

Your business operations. One continuous-state model.

One continuous-state digital twin holds the workflows, constraints, economics, performance, and outcomes that determine results across a DoW business operation. Approved data increases fidelity, validated context is shared with people, applications, and AI, and realized outcomes update the model over time.

Materializing mission context A generated model tree under the mission context. Mission flow, readiness, supply network and capacity models resolve in sequence, each confirmed as it is generated. nveris/military models Mission flow Readiness Supply network Capacity

01 MODEL

Materialize the operation.

Transform approved plans, operating knowledge, and governed data into connected workflow, readiness, sustainment, and supply models.

Ranking constraints by predicted mission impact Four operating constraints (tasking routing, resupply delay, training slots and force mix) are scored for predicted mission impact. The list then reorders itself so the highest impact constraint rises to the top, marking where to intervene. nveris/military constraints 03 Tasking routing 41% 01 Resupply delay 82% 01 82% 04 Training slots 23% 02 Force mix 64%

02 SIMULATE

Know where to act.

Continuously rank constraints by predicted mission impact and compare courses of action before resources are committed.

Outcomes compounding into mission context Tracked outcomes (repair cycle time, readiness rate and response time) resolve one at a time and feed back down a shared spine into the mission context, whose strength meter gains ground with every validated result. nveris/military outcomes Repair cycle time -1.4 days Readiness rate +11.2% Response time -22 min Mission context

03 COMPOUND

Validate and compound.

Track realized performance so each validated outcome strengthens the context behind the next decision.

INTEROPERABILITY + AI CONTEXT

Mission context connected to governed data, analytics, and AI.

Ingest approved data, connect analytics through APIs, and provide validated context to authorized AI through MCP, Markdown, or JSON within controlled architectures.

The nVeris Continuous-State Model Context Five connected systems feed the nVeris continuous-state model context: SSO and identity, a governed data lake, cloud data platforms, enterprise analytics, and core operational systems. The context holds workflows, constraints, economics, performance and outcomes. Five governed access surfaces read from it: an enterprise analytics API, the nVeris MCP connector, Markdown and JSON context, approved AI and local models, and improvement systems. Engagement

Prove it against one mission challenge. Then decide how far to take it.

Start with a bounded mission, readiness, sustainment, or capability challenge. The Accelerator materializes mission context, ranks constraints by predicted mission impact, and produces the investment case. AI Engineering Services extends validated context into deployed mission intelligence.

Accelerator

A 4 or 6 week hands-on engagement that materializes priority mission context, ranks constraints by predicted mission impact, and simulates change before resources are committed.

AI Engineering Services

Extend mission context into sustainment and supply-chain models, readiness intelligence, analytics, workflow automation, and controlled AI, each domain feeding the same decision-grade operating picture.
